Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. Items must be unworn/unused, with tags, original packaging, and proof of purchase. To request a return, contact us at amaanbey124@gmail.com. Returns must be sent to [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS]. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be reported immediately. Certain items, including perishable, personalized, personal care, hazardous, sale items, and gift cards, are non-returnable.

For approved returns, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Exchanges can be handled by returning the original item and placing a new order. EU customers have a 14-day cooling-off period. Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
